Getting close to the Prophet Muhammed (PBUH)

Juma (Friday) is such a blessed day, we have so many opportunities (hacks) that Allah has shared with us.

Here’s one with MANY benefits (hacks).

Include as much blessings on the Prophet (SAW) as a part of our dua.

Doing this will at least:

  1. Get you closer to the Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) on the day of Judgement
  2. Allah will take care of your concerns without even having to ask

Whoever sends blessings on the Prophet (PBUH), Allah will send blessings on him tenfold, and if Allah sends blessings on a person He will take care of his concerns and forgive him his sins.

Allah knows what we want, need and desire, Allah knows what is best for us, so why not use this hack as a way to put our complete trust in Allah and know that Allah will best fulfill our wants, needs, and desires.  We don’t have to make super long dua’s (although there is a blessing in that act), we can just send blessings on the Prophet (PBUH).

It was narrated (in part of the hadith) that Ubayy ibn Ka’b said:
I said: O Messenger of Allah, I send blessings upon you a great deal; how much of my prayer (dua) should be for you? He said: “Whatever you wish.”
I said: One quarter? He said: “Whatever you wish, and if you do more it is better for you.”
I said: Half? He said: “Whatever you wish, and if you do more it is better for you.”
I said: Two thirds? He said: “Whatever you wish, and if you do more it is better for you.”
I said: Should I make all my du’aa’ for you? He said: “Then your concerns will be taken care of and your sins will be forgiven.” Narrated by al-Tirmidhi (2457); classed as hasan by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi.

Al-Tirmidhi (484) narrated from ‘Abd-Allah ibn Mas’ood that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
The closest of people to me on the Day of Resurrection will be those who send the most blessings on me.” [Classed as hasan by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Targheeb wa’l-Tarheeb.]
